We plan the whole space with you (shade, cooking, gathering, and water), then manage it as one project with the same project management we bring to every remodel.
As the licensed general contractor (ROC 321660), Diversified Construction coordinates the overall backyard project and builds the general construction scope, such as hardscape, outdoor kitchens, and pergolas. Pool and spa construction, remodeling, and repairs are performed by qualified, appropriately ROC-licensed pool contractors.

Yes. We plan the full space with you, including the pool or spa, shade, cooking, gathering areas, turf, and water features, and manage it as one project from start to finish, with licensed pool contractors building the pool and spa.
Do you build pools and water features?
Yes, as part of a complete backyard project. As the licensed general contractor, Diversified Construction coordinates the whole backyard and builds the surrounding hardscape, while a qualified, ROC-licensed pool contractor builds the pool or spa itself.
Do you remodel or repair existing pools and spas?
Yes, as part of a backyard project. We coordinate pool and spa renovations and repairs with qualified, ROC-licensed pool contractors, and handle the surrounding decking, hardscape, and outdoor living work.
Can you help with HOA approval?
Yes. Many Valley HOAs review exterior changes. We'll put together the drawings and material details your HOA asks for and build to the approved plan.
What makes a backyard usable in the Arizona summer?
Shade first. Pergolas, covered patios, and shade structures, paired with turf and evening lighting, extend how much of the year you can use the space.
