Founder and president Chris Ladner has worked in construction since 1993, including more than 15 years in the Carpenters Union in Chicago and five years with one of the country’s largest home builders before starting his own company in Phoenix. Diversified Construction, LLC has held Arizona ROC license #321660 since incorporating in 2017, is BBB accredited with an A+ rating, and operates under the KB-2 dual classification that lets one team carry both residential and small commercial jobs.
