General Contractor in Scottsdale, AZ
Whole-home remodels and outdoor living from McCormick Ranch to North Scottsdale.
Building and remodeling in Scottsdale
Scottsdale homes range from 1970s houses in McCormick Ranch and the neighborhoods around Old Town to custom desert homes in the north. Our Scottsdale projects follow that range: updating finishes and floor plans in established neighborhoods, and building out patios, kitchens, and shade in the newer ones.
Many Scottsdale neighborhoods have an HOA, and exterior work usually needs its approval. We help put together the drawings and material details your HOA asks for, then build to what was approved.
What we build most in Scottsdale
Outdoor kitchens and patios
Scottsdale lots are built for being outside. We design and build outdoor kitchens, pavers, fire features, and shade structures as one project.
Kitchen and primary bath remodels
Updated cabinetry, counters, tile, and showers are the most common interior projects we take on in established Scottsdale neighborhoods.
Permanent roofline lighting
App-controlled lighting installed once along the roofline handles holidays, parties, and everyday curb appeal without the yearly ladder work.
Our services in Scottsdale
Every project is quoted and managed by our own team, from the first visit to the final walkthrough.
